Honourable Winston Chitando has bounced back as Mines and Mining development minister in a latest cabinet reshuffle.
In a statement, Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet Dr Martin Rushwaya said President Mnangagwa has in terms of subsection 1 of section 104 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, reassigned ministers with immediate effect.
Chitando served as Mines minister from 2017 before he was posted ti be Local Government and Public Works minister last year.

He was replaced by Honourable Zhemu Soda as minister of Mines.
Minister Soda has since been reassigned to be Minister of Housing and Social Amenities replacing Honourable Daniel Garwe who is now Local Government Minister
