All roads will lead to Bulawayo Country Club on May 11 for the prestigious Zimbabwe School of Mines Gold Day that will coincide with the institution’s 90th Anniversary Celebrations.
In a statement, Zimbabwe School of Mines (ZSM) said they are expecting more than 100 players to participate in this prestigious event that also seeks to raise US$50 000 for retooling the institution’s laboratories.
‘The Zimbabwe School of Mines is organizing a Golf Tournament at Bulawayo Country Club on Saturday 11 May 2024. Our objective is to raise more than US$50 000 to retool our laboratories.
‘We are expecting a maximum of 100 players to participate. This event will provide an excellent opportunity for networking with mining executives, mining suppliers and related service providers,’ reads part of the statement.
Kuvimba Mining House Pvt Ltd CEO Simbarashe Chinyemba will be the guest of honour at the event.
Zimbabwe School of Mines is a dynamic regional institution that serves the mining industry in the SADC region by providing competency-based training for high calibre, hands on technicians.
